Delicieux is a French style bakery and confectionary specialized in high quality cakes pastries and breads. It was founded in 2012 by Varun Sood and Lucie Masson to bring a high quality pastry selection to Goa. Partners in life too, they shared a love for baking. Siolim House, the Heritage boutique hotel with a restoration made to perfection, was the first project and gained success as a high quality offering with the Goan appeal.
with Delicieux we also wanted to create an experience that we could showcase to the public. For this we set up stores and cafes in Ashwem and Panjim. The Project had to take into consideration several elements; our unique know-how on the pastries, the best quality ingredients we could source, great flavour combinations, unique recipes as well as classics with a twist, great service with a focus on friendliness, and the right price point for casual breakfast, lunchtime and all day snacks.
